NUTRI-TRACK is a simple nutrition tracking tool. It's less about counting calories and more about personal awareness and accountability of what you eat and drink each day. 

Estimate your calorie intake and fill in the boxes on the left 100 calories at a time. Write down the meals and snacks you eat throughout the day. Fill in the cups to make sure you get enough water. Use the notes section for anything you want - exercise you did, phone numbers, doodles.
